GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – TUGOMOVE DRIVERS
(BNB Corporate SRL – trade name: TuGoMove)
1. Purpose of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTC) govern the terms under which drivers ("providers") access the TuGoMove platform, operated by BNB Corporate SRL, in order to offer transport, moving or lift services to customers.
TuGoMove acts exclusively as a technical intermediary. The company does not provide any transport services, but simply connects customers and independent drivers/lifts.
2. Acceptance of the conditions
By downloading, installing or using the TuGoMove driver application, the driver acknowledges having read, understood and unreservedly accepted these conditions.
TuGoMove reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time; any modification will take effect as soon as it is published on the platform.
3. Driver account creation and platform access
Access to the platform requires the creation of a driver account and approval by TuGoMove. The driver undertakes to:
- provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
- maintain valid driver's license, vehicle registration and insurance documents;
- protect the confidentiality of their login credentials;
- not to share their account with third parties.
4. Service provision
The driver can, via the application:
- receive service requests matching their vehicle type and availability,
- accept or decline service requests,
- execute transport, moving or lift services for customers,
- collect the agreed payment through the platform.
The driver is an independent contractor and not an employee of TuGoMove.
5. Pricing and earnings
The prices for services are determined by TuGoMove according to the distance, the type of vehicle or lift, and any dynamic surcharges (rush hours, Sundays, public holidays).
Driver earnings are calculated based on the service price minus the applicable commission.
6. Payment and commission
TuGoMove acts as a payment intermediary between the customer and the driver. The driver authorizes TuGoMove to deduct the applicable commission from the service amount.
Driver earnings are transferred according to the payment schedule defined by TuGoMove. The driver is responsible for their own tax obligations related to earnings received.
7. Driver responsibilities
The driver undertakes to:
- provide safe and professional service,
- be present at the agreed location at the scheduled time,
- respect traffic rules and regulations,
- maintain their vehicle in good condition,
- treat customers with respect and professionalism,
- not transport prohibited, dangerous or illegal goods.
8. Limitation of TuGoMove's liability
TuGoMove acts solely as an intermediation platform. It cannot be held liable for disputes between the driver and customers, damage during transport, accidents during service execution, or payment disputes.
The driver must have appropriate insurance coverage for their activities.
9. Personal data
The data collected (name, contact details, geolocation, service history) are processed in accordance with the TuGoMove Privacy Policy. They are used solely for the proper functioning of the service and are never sold to third parties.
10. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
